- Monthly and quarterly plans: when you cancel, you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund part of a period.
- Yearly plans: ask within 14 days of the yearly charge and we’ll refund it in full.
- Charged by mistake? Tell us and we’ll fix it.
When a charge is refunded, access for that plan ends right away. Your saved work isn’t deleted. See Refunds & Cancellations.
