How do I register on the NYC Public Schools Vendor Portal?

NYC Public Schools runs a Vendor Portal at finance360.org, where school vendors register. Based on the public guide posted there:

1. Enter your 9-digit Federal Tax ID and click Register.
2. The first person to register under a tax ID becomes the Administrator, who sets up the account and gives other users access. Other users register with a 7-digit User ID instead.
3. Enter the vendor’s contact information and your own. Use an email inbox you check.
4. Choose a security question and set a password of 6 to 21 characters.
5. Check the bid lists you want to be on, then click Submit.
6. You’re notified within 24 hours once your information is validated. Then sign in with your User ID and password.
